Minimum 07 years of total professional experience.
At least 05 years of relevant experience in:
Investment promotion, facilitation, and financial planning in tourism-related projects.
Project execution with State/Central Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or multilateral/bilateral agencies.
Cost estimations and implementation planning for large-scale tourism or infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience in:
Procurement, Bid Process Management, and Contract Management in line with government or international funding agency guidelines (e.g., World Bank).
Drafting and refining sectoral policies at the state or central level, particularly related to tourism or infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage investment promotion activities in the tourism sector.
Develop financial models, feasibility reports, and cost estimates for proposed tourism initiatives.
Support policy formulation, drafting, and refinement in line with national and state tourism strategies.
Coordinate with key stakeholders including government bodies, industry players, and funding agencies.
Manage end-to-end procurement and contract processes for tourism projects.
Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of tourism-related initiatives, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
