We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual fund collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds and their role in financial planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
