Job Description: The purpose of the job is to be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support in the domain of securities products. This role involves deep understanding of investment products, market trends, and client needs to enhance the product offering and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of securities products, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and more.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Product Enhancement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance existing securities products.
• Collaborate with product development teams to implement improvements.

Client Support:

• Provide product-related support to Relationship Managers and clients.
• Address client inquiries and offer expert guidance.

Training and Education:

• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on securities products.
• Prepare educational materials and resources for clients.Market Analysis:
• Analyse market data, economic indicators, and competitor offerings.

Generate insights to support product strategies.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure that all securities products comply with regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting securities products.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor the performance of securities products and portfolios.
• Recommend adjustments and optimizations.

Client Communication:

• Prepare and deliver presentations to relationship managers regarding portfolio, economy & financial products.
• Support RM Team in Achieving their Monthly Goals:
• Conduct regular Portfolio reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with the team's goal.
• Collaborate with RMs for joint client engagements to drive sales & engagement.
• Monitor and drive sales performance across the team, ensuring their targets are met.
