Investment Performance Analysis - Manager

As a Performance Analytics Manager at State Street Global Services, you will play a crucial role in leading client relationship activities for highly complex clients, focusing on Asset Managers. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading client onboarding, implementation, and transformation activities - Deep diving into Investment Performance Measurement and Attribution Analysis for Equity, Multi Asset, and Fixed Income portfolios - Liaising with Product and Technology teams for new client onboarding - Providing expertise on performance domain including attribution modeling and GIPS compliance - Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes - Conducting business risk control self-assessments and ensuring risk mitigation measures - Maintaining day-to-day operations, service delivery, and KPIs - Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to the team - Troubleshooting functional and quantitative issues for high-quality report production - Collaborating with multiple departments to achieve firm-wide client objectives - Managing and coaching the team, offering feedback, and supporting individual development goals - Demonstrating commercial acumen and executive presence across stakeholder groups - Driving a culture of change, ideation, and risk excellence Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 9 years of experience in Fund Administration or related investment performance roles - Postgraduate or professionally qualified in finance - Strong techno-functional expertise and familiarity with Cloud Data Warehouse Platforms and SQL - CFA or CIPM certification preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and performance measurement methodologies - Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills About State Street: State Street is a leading custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company globally, providing investment servicing, data & analytics, and investment management solutions to institutional clients.
