Investment Manager - Real Estate

You will be responsible for handling clients" queries related to their Residential & Commercial requirements and providing them with suitable properties. Your role will involve convincing prospective clients that our organization is the right choice to fulfill their needs. You will manage the client base by following up on leads for both existing and new clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting research and development of real estate projects, actively participating in scheduled appointments, showing properties to buyers, and offering guidance to buyers in purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms. You will need to assess clients" needs and financial stability to propose suitable solutions and handle negotiation processes. Additionally, you will be required to consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings. Providing after-sales services and documentation assistance to clients will also be part of your role. We are looking for a candidate with good communication and excellent negotiation skills. Adaptability and flexibility are key traits for this role. It is essential for you to have your own conveyance (Bike/Car) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Real Estate sector.,
