Investment Lead

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring IRDA limits and ensuring compliance with statutory norms. You will be required to oversee investment limits, conduct regulatory audits, and analyze data to provide meaningful management information. Identifying and monitoring investment risk parameters will be a key part of your role, along with presenting findings to management for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing Risk and Investments Committee reports, Fund Fact sheets, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to IRDA. Reviewing reports, advising on corrections, and ensuring compliance will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing portfolio risk through benchmarking and analysis will play a crucial role in this position. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in the General Insurance (preferred), Mutual Fund, or Life Insurance industry. Knowledge of SAP Treasury and Cline is a must, along with a basic understanding of IRDAI Investment regulations for General Insurance Companies. Qualifications for this role include a B.Com or BE degree, with an MBA, CA, FRM, or PG preferred.
