Job Description

- Reviewing new customer accounts and verifying their identities - Assessing risks and compliance issues associated with customers or ducts - Studying market trends and evaluating customer behavior - Assisting efforts aimed at preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and other illicit financial activities - Compiling accurate and up-to-date data on customers for compliance reasons - Leveraging from customer behavioral research to imve customer experience - Liaising with management to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations - Preparing suspicious activity reports (SARs) - Reporting accounts with high risk or missing documentation to relevant officers - Performing complex data analysis to aid decision making - Assisting in creating various types of financial models for mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions. - Valuation analysis: comparable companies, precedent transactions, DCF. - Assisting in preparation of materials, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitch books. - Assist in due diligence, research, analysis, and other transactions related support. - Working knowledge and inclined to work on Back office work. - Experience on MS Office and brokerage applications - Strong inclination to enhance Domain and duct knowledge - Strong analytical ability with good presentation and communication skills - Highly active, aggressive self motivated individual Desired Candidate file : - Graduate & Post Graduates - Excellent reporting and observational skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple jects - Well-developed IT skills - Interpersonal skills - Data analysis - Management - Excellent research skills and familiarity with online/offline research tools Location: Kochi,Coimbatore,Chennai,Thiruvananthapuram,Jammu,Kerala,Tamil Nadu,Cochin,Trivandrum,Pondicherry
