Investment Banking Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing start-ups for fundraising using social media or through networking opportunities. You will also undertake research on companies for Potential M&A opportunities. Your tasks will include reaching out to the founders to check the funding or M&A requirements, scheduling meetings with the founders for screening the company's products/services, business model, and traction, and arranging meetings with the Investors and following up until a decision is given. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain & update reports in a time-bound manner.
