Job Summary

Pesh Group is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, valuation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transaction advisory, and financial due diligence.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end transaction activities, conducting in-depth financial and commercial analysis, developing financial models, and preparing investment presentations and transaction-related documentation.

Candidates with prior exposure to the Healthcare industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Develop financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
• Perform business valuations, investment analysis, and financial feasibility assessments.
• Evaluate potential acquisition targets, financial statements, and overall business performance.
• Prepare investment memorandums, pitch decks, valuation reports, and transaction presentations.
• Support deal sourcing, transaction execution, and market research activities.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in preparing financial projections, business plans, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CFA Level I – Passed (Mandatory).
• CFA Level II – Passed (Preferred).
• Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, M&A, or Financial Due Diligence.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, business valuation, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transaction Analysis.
• Strong financial statement analysis and research capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or exposure to the Healthcare sector.
• Experience in M&A transactions, acquisition analysis, and deal execution.
• Exposure to financial advisory and corporate finance assignments.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Part-time candidates must be available for a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week and should be able to complete assigned responsibilities within the agreed timelines.
