Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst at Seafund, a SEBI registered Category 2 Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) specializing in early-stage companies in the deeptech and deep science sectors, your role will involve conducting financial analysis, market research, and portfolio management. You will be part of a team based in Delhi that leverages operational expertise in technology to scale business models rapidly from pre-seed to pre-Series A stages. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth technical reviews, financial analysis, and valuation assessments of potential investment opportunities. You will also be required to perform detailed market research to identify emerging trends in the deeptech and deep science domains. Additionally, you will support the investment team in managing and optimizing investment portfolios to enhance ROI. To excel in this role, you must possess strong skills in financial analysis, market research, portfolio management, risk assessment, valuation techniques, investment strategies, data analysis, and financial modeling. While prior work experience is not mandatory, a foundational understanding of financial concepts, technical/engineering background, and market research will be beneficial.
