Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Product Communication

• Understand and clearly explain a wide range of investment products including mutual funds, traditional instruments, and alternative investment options.
• Guide clients through investment choices aligned with their risk profile and financial goals.

Lead Generation & Relationship Building

• Proactively reach out to potential investors via digital and offline channels.
• Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline for the founding team.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.

Portfolio Monitoring & Recommendations

• Assist in creating and managing client investment portfolios.
• Provide timely recommendations and portfolio reviews to help clients stay aligned with market changes and objectives.

Sales Support & Marketing

• Collaborate on the development of effective sales presentations and product pitches.
• Assist in drafting marketing plans and executing digital marketing initiatives to generate awareness and leads.

Reporting & Operations

• Prepare regular investment reports in Excel for existing clients.
• Support onboarding processes, documentation, and investor communication.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of financial instruments and investment concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Bachelors degree in finance, commerce, or a related field.
• Internship or work experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or financial services.
