Key Responsibilities Project Support & Coordination Assist TPMs in breaking down project requirements into actionable tasks. Help track timelines, progress, and dependencies across the team. Documentation & Reporting Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation including status reports, risk logs, timelines, and task trackers. Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings. Communication & Follow-ups Act as a point of contact for internal communications on project status. Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks and flag bottlenecks early. Task & Resource Tracking Monitor task allocations, team workloads, and sprint boards. Ensure deadlines are being met and escalate any blockers to the TPM or team leads as needed. Quality Checks & Testing Support Coordinate with QA teams to ensure that deliverables are tested against requirements. Assist in unit testing of core use cases before and after deployments. Deployment Coordination Support the deployment process by coordinating with developers, QA, and DevOps. Ensure final checklists are in place and deployments happen with minimal disruption. Process Improvement Help refine project processes by identifying gaps or inefficiencies. Bring ideas to improve team velocity, documentation, or communication flows. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirements and functional specifications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing. Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly using tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc. Collaborate with development and product teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes. Prepare test reports and provide status updates regularly. Work with automation tools (if applicable) to design and execute automated test cases. Ensure the software meets quality standards before release. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM). Solid understanding of database testing using SQL. Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Postman, or similar is a plus. Basic understanding of APIs and testing RESTful services is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
