Job Summary:

Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Planning & Management

• Maintain optimal stock levels across all sales channels (website, marketplaces, retail partners).
  
• Forecast demand based on sales trends, seasonality, and marketing campaigns.
  
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for timely restocking.
  

• Stock Accuracy

• Monitor and audit stock levels regularly.
  
• Ensure accurate product listing quantities across platforms.
  
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  

• Warehouse Coordination

• Work closely with warehouse staff to oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
  
• Implement FIFO/FEFO systems and manage space utilization effectively.
  
• Ensure proper labelling, barcoding, and SKU management.
  

• Technology & Reporting

• Manage and update inventory in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Zoho, Unicommerce, Vinculum).
  
• Generate inventory reports and share insights with relevant teams (sales, finance, logistics).
  
• Automate and optimize stock movement wherever possible.
  

• Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to safety and storage compliance standards.
  
• Conduct monthly/quarterly physical stock audits.
  
• Support finance team during stock valuation and audits.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
  
• Proficiency in Excel, inventory software, and ERP/WMS tools.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-channel inventory management (D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with courier integrations and order fulfillment processes.
  
• Knowledge of reverse logistics and returns management.
