Role Overview: As an Inventory Management professional, you will be responsible for demand forecasting and planning for raw materials, along with monitoring stock levels, organizing material storage, inspecting receipts, and requesting raw materials in a timely manner. Your role will involve minimizing stock outs, identifying bottlenecks, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating with the quality team, monitoring outward materials and activities, maintaining proper storing norms, training subordinates, and reconciling materials on a monthly basis. Additionally, you will be scheduling orders, coordinating with transporters, analyzing data for future supply needs, contributing to team efforts, implementing new strategies for cost reduction and logistical improvement, and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Demand forecasting and raw materials planning - Monitoring stock levels and maintaining reports - Receiving and organizing materials - Inspecting receipts for damage or discrepancies - Requesting raw materials and following up with the purchase team - Minimizing stock outs and overstocking - Identifying potential bottlenecks - Ensuring complete documentation of receipts, issues, and shortages - Coordinating with the quality team for incoming materials - Monitoring outward materials and activities - Proper storing as per stacking norms and following FIFO, FEFO method - Maintaining 5S standards - Training subordinates on new products and raw materials - Reconciling materials on a monthly basis - Monitoring activities of casual laborers - Scheduling orders and pending orders - Coordinating with transporters for dispatches and incoming materials - Analyzing data for future supply needs - Contributing to team efforts - Implementing cost-reduction and logistics improvement strategies - Maintaining a positive work environment Qualification Required: - Inventory / Supply Chain Professional background - Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the interior industry - Any experience with ERP systems - Proficiency in Advanced Excel - Good communication and leadership skills,
