Inventory In charge

As an Inventory and Supply Chain Professional, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Demand forecasting and planning for raw materials requirement - Monitoring stock levels regularly and maintaining reports - Receiving all materials and storing them in an organized manner - Inspecting receipts for damage or discrepancies, reporting them for reimbursements and record-keeping - Requesting raw materials (MR) to purchase in a timely manner and following up regularly with the purchase team - Minimizing stock outs and overstocking - Identifying potential bottlenecks - Ensuring complete documentation of all receipt, issue, shortage, and sent material - Coordinating with the Quality Team regarding incoming quality - Monitoring outward materials and outward activities - Proper storing as per stacking norms and following FIFO, FEFO Method - Maintaining 5S standards - Training subordinates for new products and raw materials - Reconciliation of materials on a monthly basis by physically counting stock - Monitoring activities of casual laborers - Scheduling orders and pending orders - Coordinating with transporters for dispatches and incoming materials - Monitoring demand and analyzing data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs - Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Implementing new proposed strategies to reduce costs and improve the efficacy of supply chain logistics - Maintaining a positive and productive work environment Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Inventory and Supply Chain in a Manufacturing Company (Interior Industry experience preferable) - Experience with any ERP system - Advanced Excel skills - Good communication and leadership skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is important to note that this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.,
