Responsible for managing, tracking, and safeguarding all jewelry stock, including raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Ensures accurate records, maintains optimal stock levels, supports operations, and follows strict security and quality protocols.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in systems.
Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch jewelry items.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records.
Ensure quality control and proper storage of all items.
Generate inventory reports and assist during audits.
Follow strict security protocols for handling valuable items.
Experience in inventory or stock management (preferably in jewelry or luxury goods).
Knowledge of inventory software (ERP/POS).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity.
Basic understanding of jewelry materials is a plus.
