Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and tools. Conduct regular stock reconciliations and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain stock records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions. Store Operations Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in compliance with procedures. Ensure proper labelling, categorization, and binning of stock items. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) as per policy. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance departments for material requirements. Track pending material requests and follow up on procurement status. Compliance & Safety Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in material handling and storage. Ensure compliance with internal audit and documentation standards. Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Support audit activities by providing required data and documentation.
