Inventory and Procurement Manager

You will be responsible for Vendor & Material Sourcing, including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors for raw materials, event supplies, and DIY kit components. You will research alternatives for specialized materials with a focus on safety, durability, and cost efficiency. Negotiating pricing, MOQs, and delivery terms with vendors will also be a part of your role. It will be important for you to create, maintain, and update a structured vendor database/list with categories, pricing history, contacts, and performance notes. In addition, you will be handling Procurement & Cost Optimization by tracking material requirements and ensuring timely procurement within budget. Maintaining cost sheets, comparing vendor options, and identifying lowest-cost solutions without compromising quality will be crucial. You will also explore creative sourcing and substitution ideas to reduce costs. Your duties will also involve Dispatch & Logistics Management, where you will coordinate courier dispatches for kits, event materials, and bulk orders across India. This will include comparing courier partners, managing follow-ups, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery. Maintaining detailed dispatch tracking sheets with costs, timelines, and statuses will be part of this responsibility. Furthermore, you will be in charge of Operations & Tracking by creating and maintaining to-do lists, trackers, and procurement schedules in Excel/Google Sheets. It will be your responsibility to ensure all procurement and dispatch documentation is well organized and up-to-date. This position is full-time and requires the ability to commute/relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana. Prior experience in Procurement & Purchasing Occupations for at least 1 year is preferred.
