Key Responsibilities: Market and place Telecom consultants (IMS, VoLTE, Cloud, 4G/5G, OSS/BSS, Network Testing, etc.) with clients and vendors. Interact with bench consultants, understand their core skills, and proactively find suitable projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners in the telecom domain. Submit consultants’ profiles to job requirements, follow up regularly, and negotiate rates/contracts. Handle end-to-end bench sales cycle: job posting, requirement sourcing, submissions, interview scheduling, and placement closure. Track and maintain consultants’ project pipeline and ensure timely updates to management. Maintain a database of vendors/clients for recurring requirements in telecom skill sets. Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration requirements while onboarding consultants. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–5 years of experience as a Sales Recruiter, preferably in Telecom consulting staffing . Strong understanding of Telecom skillsets (IMS, VoLTE, 4G/5G, Cloud, OSS/BSS, Network, etc.). Proven ability to market OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen consultants. Established vendor/client network with successful placement history. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and vendor management systems (VMS). Preferred: Experience working with Telecom clients (Tier-1 carriers, OEMs, system integrators, or related consulting firms) . Prior success in placing consultants in Telecom Testing, Systems Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, and OSS/BSS roles.
