Independent Contractor role (9 months)Start Date: September, First Week 2025Shifts (IST):Second Shift / Afternoon: 14:00 23:00Night Shift: 21:00 06:00(Rates are inclusive of all charges, taxes, and shift allowances)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Hypercare Support Specialist to provide Tier 2/3 escalated support during the Hypercare phase of enterprise endpoint management deployments. The role focuses on troubleshooting, device lifecycle stabilization, application packaging, and Intune tenant configuration to ensure seamless post-deployment operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHypercare & Escalation SupportProvide Tier 2/3 Hypercare support for escalated Intune issues (enrollment, compliance, application deployment, imaging).Troubleshoot device provisioning and management issues for technicians and end users.Support smooth onboarding of devices through Windows Autopilot.Manage incident escalations from frontline IT and ensure resolution within SLA.Configuration & Device LifecyclePerform Intune tenant configuration and setup.Configure and manage Intune compliance, security, and configuration policies.Support endpoint device management via Intune.Create device images with required base software.Configure Windows Autopilot and upload hardware IDs for new devices.Application & Software DeploymentCreate and maintain software deployment groups in Intune.Register, enroll, and track devices across environments.Package and deploy enterprise applications through Intune.Documentation & Knowledge TransitionMaintain Hypercare documentation, troubleshooting SOPs, and knowledge base.Support transition of ownership to long-term support or managed services teams.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on Intune administration and endpoint management.Strong expertise in Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application packaging.Proven experience in Tier 2/3 escalations and troubleshooting enterprise-level Intune environments.Knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID), device identity, and endpoint security integrations.Ability to work in Hypercare/transition environments and stabilize deployments.Preferred SkillsMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), SC-900, or EMS/Intune-focused certifications.Prior experience in enterprise-wide Intune deployments and Hypercare support.Strong documentation and communication skills for handover and knowledge transition.Engagement Type: Full-time / ContractLocation: Remote PAN India onlyShift Options: Afternoon (14:0023:00 IST) / Night (21:0006:00 IST)Rates: Inclusive of all charges, taxes, and shift allowances
