Job Description:

Music Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:

• Cultivate music as a form of expression, teaching students of all ages across vocals, keyboard, guitar, drums, Cajon, percussion. Also, optional ukulele, violin, saxophone, and trumpet.
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and age groups.

Ensemble Leadership & Performance:

• Enthusiastically conduct and demonstrate talent by leading and directing School Bands, School Choirs, Marching Bands, and Parades.
• Prepare and guide students for performances, including hosting Annual Day Events.

Class Management & Scheduling:

• Efficiently manage and schedule music classes, ensuring smooth operations and optimal student engagement.

Mentorship & Community Building:

• Foster an all-around approach to music fellowship and fraternity within the school community.
• Inspire and mentor students, encouraging their musical growth and passion.

Flexibility & Professionalism:

• Be flexible with timings when it comes to teaching and event preparation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with clear speech and diction in all interactions.

Desired profile of the candidate :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a music teacher, preferably in a school setting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Musician/Singer, demonstrating strong skills across a wide range of instruments, particularly vocals, keyboard, guitar, drums, Cajon, percussion, ukulele, violin, saxophone, and trumpet.
• Proven familiarity and proficiency with a diverse array of musical instruments.
• Basic singing and instrumental ability, coupled with clear speech and diction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and schedule classes effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to enthusiastically conduct and showcase student talent.
• A passion for working with children and fostering their musical development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
