The program is for women who have been on a career break for a year or more. This is our step towards empowering women to relaunch their professional journey after their absence from the workplace due to personal commitments. Exciting work assignments have been identified which you can refer in the list below. The assignments are for a tenure of 9 months. The participant of this program would have access to professional development programs, mentoring assistance by a business leader, apart from the experience of working with people from different functions/technologies/culture. Location: Bangalore Responsibilities - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or a similar role within an industrial or automotive context. - Strong understanding of systems engineering, product development lifecycle, and agile methodologies. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements will be an added advantage. - Experience in hardware/software integration, embedded systems, and connectivity solutions is highly desirable. - Proven facilitation and training skills, with the ability to guide teams through process changes and quality initiatives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse and cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. - Demonstrates an intrapreneurial mindset, embracing innovation and change.
