Tangoe India National Apprentice Program (Operations Internship) Telecom Expense Management Domain We are excited to announce an opportunity non-technical backgrounds to join Tangoe as trainees through the National Apprentice Program . This initiative is designed to provide structured training, hands-on experience, and a potential career path within Tangoe. Program Highlights Eligibility: Non-Engineering Graduates (2018-2024 pass-outs) Training Duration: 6 Months Comprehensive, hands-on training Stipend: 9,000 per month (as per compliance) Future Opportunities: Performance-based transition to full-time roles Recruitment Drive Date: 9th May 2025 Work Mode: Work from Office (Bangalore) | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Internship Roles & Responsibilities Operations Team – Invoicing | Provisioning | Service Excellence Invoicing Support Assist with validating telecom vendor invoices and ensuring accurate uploads. Support invoice reconciliation and monthly reporting processes. Provisioning Support Enter and track telecom service orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and escalate provisioning delays. Service Excellence Track service request tickets and support SLA management. Assist in preparing service performance reports and audit documentation. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline (2018–2024 pass-outs) Background: Non-technical (Commerce, Arts, Computers, Management) Experience: No prior experience required Documents Required: Aadhaar card, Final year education certificate (Provisional or Convocation) Program Structure Location: Tangoe India Office – Bangalore Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week) Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Type: In-person, full-time apprenticeship
