1. Learn and assist to Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives in respective sections. 2. Learn and assist to Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. 3. Assist and oversee in coaching floor workers 4. Learn and assist to Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. 5. Learn and assist to Check production output according to specifications. 6. Learn and assist in Submitting reports on performance and progress. 7. Learn and assist to Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. 8. Learn and assist in Training new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures. 9. Learn and assist to Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. 10. Learn and assist to Maintain daily production report and stock report at the end of shift. 1.
