Job Description

Technical knowledge of Emulsions, Suspensions, Gels, Ointments, Surfactants, polymers etc.
Technical knowledge of Physico-Chemical parameters & basic analytical instrument like Viscometer, pH meter etc.
Experience on taking lab batches of emulsions, suspensions, surfactants based products etc. & performing product analysis of personal care products as per BIS guideline.
Good knowledge on raw materials suppliers and their specifications.
Awareness of the complete product development cyclefrom conceptualization to tech transfer.
Responsible for conducting R&D trial batches for various personal care/personal hygiene products such as creams, lotions, suspensions, shampoos, face washes, face powders, etc.
Responsible for performing pre-stability studies for the developmental products
Actively involved in discussion with internal & external stakeholders.
To be involved for handling Tech Transfers of products to the manufacturing sites as & when required.
Responsible for preparing relevant documents like batch cards, pre-stability reports, MFR etc.
