Description Intern - Sales (B2C Health Insurance) Location: Gurugram Duration: 3 Months Stipend: 15000 Work Mode: On-site Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our B2C health insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, explaining health insurance plans to potential customers, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: 1-Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to promote and sell health insurance plans. 2-Understand customer needs, explain policy benefits, and recommend suitable insurance products. 3-Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close sales effectively. 4-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system. 5-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. 6-Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings. 7-Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th Passed Experience: Fresher 1-Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 2-Strong negotiation and closing abilities. 3-Ability to handle objections and customer queries effectively. 4-Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. IRDAI certification (preferred but not mandatory).
