Internship - Recreation (Guest Activity & Fitness)

As a Recreation Intern at Grand Hyatt Bali, you will have the exciting opportunity to turn fun into unforgettable moments for our guests through engaging activities and fitness programs. Your role will involve organizing and leading recreational activities such as yoga, beach games, cultural sessions, and wellness programs, as well as supporting the operation of the fitness center to ensure a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment. Throughout this internship, you will develop your confidence, communication skills, and creativity while working in a dynamic, outdoor-friendly setting. You will receive guidance and support from your mentor, the Learning and Development Manager, your coach, the Recreation Supervisor, and a buddy from the Recreation team. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in employee events, volunteer activities, special projects, and employee clubs to enrich your learning experience. To qualify for this internship, you should be currently studying or have recently graduated from a program in Hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, Recreation Management, Physical Education, Fitness & Wellness, or a related field. You must be willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months and possess qualities such as energy, friendliness, and a passion for connecting with people through enjoyable and meaningful activities. We are looking for candidates who are interested in fitness, wellness, guest service, and event-style engagement. Good verbal communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in other languages is considered a plus. An outgoing personality, comfort with public speaking, and a love for being active are essential traits for this role.
