JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for installation of Airtel Broadband connection at residential & commercial complex Responsible for installation, shifting, reactivation, speed / technology upgradation for airtel broadband / DTH & surveillance customers in the defined area Ensure timely installation along with Quality workmanship Ensure full satisfaction of customers in terms of installation of Airtel Broadband Connection Adher to Standard operating procedure (SOP) & Processes laid down by Airtel Repond immediately for Installation request generated by Sales team & ensure Ensure the productivity as per the defined criteria & ensure delivery of KPI as per defined targets Maintain desired /defined ettiquettes at the time of visit to customer premises Identify improvement areas & devises corrective measures Contionously devise ways to improve customer experience Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS A polite and smart approach to customers Standardized attire Carry his ID card & show the same when demanded Support the technician during installation and service activities at customer premises. Handle internal and external wiring for broadband and fiber connections as per standard layouts. Assist in routing, tagging, and securing cables neatly and safely. Carry tools, materials, and assist with preparing the site before and after installation work. Check continuity of wires and assist in troubleshooting basic line or wiring issues. Coordinate with technicians and field supervisors for daily job schedules. Maintain cleanliness and order at the work site and ensure proper material usage. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE during field work. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining polite behavior and professionalism.
