You will be joining our IT infrastructure team in Trivandrum as a Network Engineer. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain networking systems to ensure seamless connectivity and secure data communication across internal and client environments. Your duties will include designing, configuring, and maintaining local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other networking systems. You will be installing, supporting, and managing network hardware and software such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, implementing and maintaining network security protocols, VPNs, and firewall rules will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will assist with the setup and management of internet and intranet connections, perform regular network backups, firmware upgrades, and system updates, and maintain accurate network documentation. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Having 1-3 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure roles is preferred.
