Hardware Networking

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering the use of local area networks (LANs), computer workstations, and connections to the Internet. You will establish network specifications by conferring with users and analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements. Your role will involve designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols. You will be tasked with evaluating network performance issues such as availability and utilization to establish efficient networks. Additionally, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot Web/Database/Proxy/Antivirus servers. Planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and network equipment will be part of your responsibilities, including defining network policies and procedures. Ensuring adherence with software licensing and maintaining network performance through monitoring and analysis will be crucial aspects of your role. Securing the network by developing network access, Wi-Fi hotspots, firewall control, and maintaining documentation will also be part of your duties. You will prepare users through designing and conducting training programs, providing references, and support. Your role will also involve upgrading the network and hardware by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. With a qualification of BE/B Tech/MSc IT-Hardware Networking and 2-4 years of experience as a Hardware & Networking Engineer, you are well-equipped to excel in this position.,
