International Voice Process - Customer Support

We are seeking skilled and highly proficient individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in our International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced BPO professionals looking to join a dynamic team in Mumbai!

Process Name:International Voice Process (Customer Support)

Location:Mumbai

Experience:1+ Year in an International BPO/Call Center environment (Voice Process is mandatory)

Qualification:Any Graduate or Undergraduate (HSC/12th Pass)

Language Skills:Excellent/Fluent English (Written and Spoken) - Mandatory

Working Days:5 Days Working

Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary (Take Home):Up to ₹28,000 Take Home per month

Note:Strictly No Freshers (Minimum 1 year relevant experience required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls from international customers (e.g., US, UK, Australia, etc.) professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide first-call resolution to customer queries, concerns, and service requests related to products, accounts, billing, or technical issues, adhering to global service standards.
  • Utilize excellent Fluent English communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and accurately to a diverse customer base.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, transactions, and necessary follow-ups in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain and strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Quality scores.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the process and products to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all data security and process guidelines specific to the international market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent and documented experience working in an International Voice BPO process is a strict requirement. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with a neutral accent and excellent comprehension.
  • Any Graduate .
  • Must be comfortable working in night shifts/rotational shifts as per the international time zones.
  • Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Familiarity with standard computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
