As a part of Adeeba e-Services, a leading International BPO specializing in Inbound tech and website processes, your role will involve providing technical assistance to customers from the US and Canada round the clock. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing the problems effectively and suggesting the most suitable solution to the customers - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to enhance customer experience To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Prior experience in Outbound Tech Support for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year - Proficiency in independently closing calls - Strong persuasive and sales abilities You can expect a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month along with lucrative incentives. The work shift will be either UK or US timings, spanning over 6 days a week.
