International voice process (technical or non technical support)

We are seeking dynamic professionals to be part of our International Tech Support team based in Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 2). This role requires you to work from the office starting from day one, with evening and night shifts within a 24/7 window. The work schedule comprises 5 days of work with 2 split week offs. As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and providing technical support, particularly focusing on service desk operations. You will be handling issues related to laptop, desktop, and peripheral hardware. The interview process will consist of a HR round, a VNA round, and an Ops Round which includes both technical and operational aspects. Qualified candidates for this position are expected to be graduates with at least 1 year of BPO experience.
