International Voice Process

As a Process Associate / Senior Process Associate with International Voice experience, your role will involve understanding the business objectives and developing models to help achieve them. You will be required to have excellent communication skills in English, answer inbound calls, explain customer queries, and have prior experience with the sales process and handling international calls. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the business objectives and developing models that help to achieve. - Excellent communication in English is mandatory. - Answering inbound calls and explaining customer queries. - Prior experience with the sales process. - Prior experience in handling international calls. Qualifications Required: - UG/PG qualifications will be considered only if you have proper communication, understanding, and listening skills. It is important to portray yourself with a good accent. The work location for this role is at 365 KGiS Campus, Thudiyalur Rd, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035. The shift is a Night Shift with rotational week offs offered.
