****************Immediate Hiring for International Voice Process**************** Interview Date: 23-Sep-2024 to 27-Sep-2024 Interview Time: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM Date of Joining: 27-Sep-2024 Salary Details: 19k(Takehome After Deductions) + 5k Retention Bonus Per Month(Will be paid after the contract closure) Interview/Work Location: [24]7.ai Pvt Ltd, Ground Floor, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039 Job Description: The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call or email and provide resolution accordingly. Requirements: 1. To provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication. 2. Good written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory. Please carry all your educational certificates and Govt ID Proofs(Aadhar and Pan card) for Documentation(Clear scanned copies/Xerox Copies) Job Details: 1. Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well) 2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday) 3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible. 4. Educational certificates are mandatory. 5. Must be flexible to work from office. Perks and Benefits: > 2-way free transportation(Home Pickup and Drop) > Self to work (STW) Rs.3300 (only for male employees) Qualification: PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation Interview Process: 1. PIR (Personal Introduction Round) 2. Online Assessment 3. Final Interview Note: Candidates attended interview within 30 days are not eligible to apply. Hiring radius distance limit is 23km.
