Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work in a blended environment, handling customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
Maintain adherence to departmental productivity and quality benchmarks.
Aim for achieving a first-call resolution to successfully recover outstanding balances.
Professionally manage correspondence with customers.

What we're looking for:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
Top-notch communication skills: You’re a natural communicator who can effortlessly engage with international clients.
Experience: Proven experience in International voice process, particularly in US Debt Collections.
Positive Attitude: You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to bring energy to our team.
Team Player: Collaboration is key, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Availability: Willingness to work in shifts to accommodate International time zones.
Open to commute to our Noida office as this position is fully “Work from Office”.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,230.38 - ₹40,320.69 per month
