International voice process

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of International Voice Process for USA. This role involves engaging with Patients from the USA, keeping track of records, providing exceptional service, and effectively communicating in English. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen ability to analyse Patient issues while promoting our services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information.
• Assist patients in resolving queries and issues effectively.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse customer feedback to improve processes and service quality.

Skills

• Both Medical and Non Medical professions are eligible with good language skill
• Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Proficiency in English is compulsory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in data entry with attention to detail is preferred.
• Previous experience in USA voice process is add on advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
