Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the problem, recommending the best solution, and selling technical support plans and software to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls and assist customers with technical issues - Diagnose the problem effectively - Recommend appropriate solutions and technical support plans - Close calls efficiently - Utilize your convincing and sales skills to sell support plans - Work in UK/US Shift for 6 days a week Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support - Ability to close calls independently - Strong convincing and sales skills Please note that all your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
