Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Customer Care Executive : International Voice Process Handle queries and problems of the customers. Location: Noida Sector-135 Work Mode - From Office Preferred candidate profile : Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply. UG must have 6 months of documented experience i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months salary slip. Must have excellent command in English and good communication skills. **Candidates who have MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered. Working Schedule: 5 days working with rotational shift and 2 days rotational off. Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break. Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs. Perks and benefits: Salary Slab - 27k - 31k CTC Both sides cab/shuttle services will be provided if the current location is within the hiring zone.
