Job Description

Hiring for Voice Process (Customer Service Representative)

Location: Mumbai, IN
Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: HSC with 6 months of BPO experience in a voice-based customer service role (mandatory).
Graduates (freshers) are also eligible to apply. ( All Semester Marksheet req)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Requirements

Willingness to work US rotational night shifts.
Immediate joiners only (no active notice period).
Must have all relevant documents: Offer letters, Bank Statement ,Experience letters, and Salary slips from previous employers.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
