Job Summary:
The International Visa Executive will be responsible for managing visa processes for clients traveling abroad. The role includes handling visa applications, documentation, and client coordination while ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in understanding visa requirements and procedures for various countries.
• Collect, verify, and process visa application documents.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers.
• Track visa application status and update clients regularly.
• Provide timely solutions for visa-related queries or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with changes in visa rules and regulations for different countries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in visa processing, travel agencies, or related fields preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks remotely and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic software tools.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST

Salary: As per company policy
