International Travel Consultant

As an International Travel Consultant (Night Shift, US Market) at Akshar Travels USA, you will have the opportunity to serve US-based clients during Indian nighttime, aligning with US business hours. Your primary responsibility will be planning, booking, and supporting comprehensive travel experiences with a specific focus on US-bound travel, documentation, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets, providing tailored travel advice for US destinations and itineraries. You will be responsible for creating personalized trip plans that encompass flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, coordinating bookings through various partners. Additionally, you will guide clients through visa, immigration, travel insurance, and related paperwork processes, such as US, Schengen, OCI, etc. To excel in this role, you will need to meet or exceed sales targets by upselling travel services, packages, and add-ons, while tracking performance metrics to contribute to achieving business goals. You will also be expected to provide proactive support and problem resolution during trips, such as handling delays or cancellations, and follow up post-travel to build client relationships and ensure loyalty. Staying updated on travel trends, US destination insights, and policy changes will be crucial. You will collaborate with marketing teams to develop new packages and promotions, and liaise with internal teams, airline consolidators, local partners, and service providers across different time zones to ensure smooth operations.
