SR. Sales Manager for tours

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our tours division catering to the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C and B2B travel sales, excellent knowledge of U.S. travel preferences, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a U.S.-based travel company. This role requires working during U.S. business hours (night shift IST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end sales of tour packages for U.S.-based clients (FIT & Groups)
• Develop and nurture relationships with retail customers, corporate clients, and travel agents in the U.S.
• Prepare customized itineraries and quotes based on client preferences and budgets
• Convert leads from various channels (calls, emails, website, third-party platforms)
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high closure rates
• Coordinate with internal operations and product teams to ensure seamless tour execution
• Stay updated on destination trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to management
• Mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
