Job Description

ales Trainers have the following duties and responsibilities: Develop training programs and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge Evaluate sales team performance to ensure training effectiveness Identify individual and team training needs via job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials Review sales team’s calls and sales visits to provide constructive feedback and coaching Organize and lead training sessions on products, industry trends, and competitive landscape Develop strategies to address sales team’s weaknesses and reinforce their strengths Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices Track and report on training outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,456.48 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,140.65 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Application Question(s): Do you have experience in International Outbound Telesales experience Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 02/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
