Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor – Abroad Studies, located in Kochi. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on their study abroad options, application processes, and visa requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations with students and parents, providing detailed information about education programs, assisting in the application process, and following up on application statuses. The Counselor will also develop relationships with educational institutions and stay updated on changes and trends in international education.

Qualifications

• Advising and counseling skills with the ability to provide guidance on study abroad options and processes
• Proficiency in managing application processes and understanding visa requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for consultations with students and parents
• Research skills for staying updated on education programs and international education trends
• Ability to develop relationships with educational institutions
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
• Prior experience in the education or consultancy industry is beneficial
