International Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support and Deal Assistance

• Provide technical or deep product expertise during customer meetings.
• Help craft and refine proposals, demos, and client solutions.
• Join critical sales calls or presentations to address advanced client queries.

2. Training and Knowledge Sharing

• Train sales teams on products, services, new features, and updates.
• Create learning materials: FAQS, cheat sheets, playbooks, or internal presentations.
• Run workshops, lunch-and-learns, or onboarding sessions for new hires.

3. Product and Market Expertise

• Stay updated on the latest developments in the company's offerings.
• Research and share insights about competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback from customers and sales teams to product development teams.

4. Sales Enablement

• Develop or improve sales tools: pitch decks, case studies, objection-handling guides.
• Create messaging frameworks that align with the product's value proposition.
• Equip the team with best practices for positioning and selling effectively.

5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales needs.
• Partner with Product teams to ensure accurate and compelling product storytelling.
• Help Customer Success or Support teams understand client pain points identified during sales.

6. Process Improvement

• Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the sales process.
• Recommend better tools, scripts, or workflows to improve efficiency and win rates.
• Help standardize best practices across regions or teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
