International Sales Representative (Telecallers)

Job Summary:
We are looking for confident and fluent International Telecallers to communicate with overseas clients, generate leads, and promote company products/services. The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers and business clients
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales when applicable
• Maintain accurate call records and customer data
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets
• Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email)
• Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
• Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset

Experience:

• Freshers can apply
• 1–3 years of experience in international calling, BPO, or sales preferred

Education:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
