International Sales Representative (Ireland Campaign)

As an International Sales Representative (Ireland Campaign) at Microorbit, a Canadian-based company with a decade-long history of collaboration with Canadian telecom giants, you will play a crucial role in our expanding business. We are currently seeking 3 dynamic individuals to join our team in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing them with accurate information about our products and services. You will be expected to input customer details into our CRM system accurately and follow up on customer calls as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, retaining customers, explaining services and prices, and managing client referrals efficiently. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be adept at both B2B and B2C sales techniques. Building strong relationships with clients, demonstrating convincing and negotiation skills, and showing a genuine passion for meeting the needs of business clients are essential for success in this position. It is crucial that you engage positively with prospective customers, understand their requirements effectively, and maximize sales opportunities by highlighting the value-added services we offer. Your ability to generate new business, close deals efficiently, and provide sales support to the team when required will be key to your success. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of international sales experience. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in international voice processes, customer retention, and cold calling is required. Proficiency in English is a must for this role, and the ability to work full-time from Monday to Friday in the shift from 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM is essential.
