Job Description: International Sales & Marketing Executive Bicycle Division

Position: International Sales & Marketing Executive

Budget: 50,000 1,00,000 per month (Based on experience)

Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech / MBA (Marketing/International Business preferred)

Experience: 3-7 years in International Sales, Export Marketing or Bicycle/Automotive/Engineering industry

Responsibilities:

Manage international sales operations for the bicycle division across assigned global markets

Identify and develop new international distributors, dealers, and business partners

Handle export documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations

Conduct global market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies

Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate with international clients

Build strong relationships with clients through regular email communication, calls, and virtual meetings

Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events

Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for timely order execution

Develop and execute international marketing strategies to increase brand visibility

Maintain sales reports, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly MIS

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support for global clients

Explore new territories, product opportunities, and trends in the global bicycle market

Requirements:

B.Tech / MBA with strong technical understanding of bicycles, components, and mechanical products

Proven experience in international sales/export marketing

Knowledge of export documentation, LC/TT terms, Incoterms, HS codes, and logistics

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and international sales tools

Ability to travel internationally when required

Preferred candidate profile

must note 15 days salary will be deducted from candidate first monthly salary and 500 registration will be taken on date of joining. any candidate failed to pay, the registration will be adjusted from salary.
