Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible to deal with foreign customers on calls, emails or chats.
- Candidate need to fulfil the monthly targets of sales to claim incentives.- Need to assist customer from pitching to closing the sale.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters (Engineering/ Commerce / Management)
- Fresher or Experienced candidates- Excellent English fluency is mandatory- Strong customer service focus is required.- Excellent telephone etiquettes.
